<p>I took it as what you want your major to be and why penn's program is unique. you should also talk about more than just studying, but it is up to you how indepth you go. Penn knows that they kick ass and dont need you to tell them. It is more your interests and how they fit to Penn's programs.</p>

<p>Omg.. i never realized all these recommendation etc forms on part 1... is it still ok if i do it now even though i submitted part I? I know this sounds like a stupid question but I am very insecure. Also about the fee wavier thing it says all applicants, but i didn't use it to pay the 70 dollars. Do i have to send it in still?</p>
