Question concerning sending mediocre SAT scores with a good ACT score

I recently took the ACT, and scored an amazing (for me) score of 34. I will be taking the ACT along with the SAT in June. After months of prepping for the SAT, I can't seem to break 2100. So, if I'm able to get a 34 on the ACT again, but say only a 2080, would it be in my favor to send both scores to colleges? After reading some of the threads in this forum, I think it would be better for me to just send in my ACT score. However, I've already taken the SAT, so while it be included in my transcript even if I don't want it to be?

What I meant at the beginning was that I scored a 34 on a practice SAT

Ask your guidance counselor if the school sends in your scores on your transcript. At my d's high school, she has a choice of including none of the scores, or all of them (SATI, II, and ACT, if taken). Your school may be different.

If you do well on the ACT, you can just send that in if the school accepts it. Most schools say they don't discriminate against the ACT, and there are multiple threads on the boards about kids who got into Ivies and other top-tier schools with just the ACT. (Sending in the ACT may also alleviate the need for SATII's, but that you'd have to check on the individual school's website.)
