<p>So I'm am going to sign up for the March 09 SAT with a fee waiver. I noticed that collegeboard said that 4 sends are free but have to be decided within 10 days after taking the test. I plan on taking the SAT in March and October but I don't want to send the scores of the March test right away because I want to take advantage of the new sending policy. Do I still have to pay later to send to colleges if I am satisfied? If so, how much is it?</p>

<p>If you are taking it again in Oct why don't you just try to send it then?</p>
