From <a href="http://apply.jhu.edu/faqs/falltransfer.html:%5B/url%5D">http://apply.jhu.edu/faqs/falltransfer.html:</a></p>

What type of financial assistance is available for transfer students and how do I apply?

The University offers a combination of grants, scholarships, loans, and work-study programs that assist students with demonstrated need to afford the cost of a Hopkins education. Financial assistance available to transfers is very limited, and students desiring aid should be cognizant of the application deadlines.

The University cannot offer financial assistance to international transfer students. Non U.S. citizens who do not possess U.S. Permanent Resident status must complete the Declaration and Certification of Finances form to show their ability to meet the financial obligations of attending Hopkins in full. Applications will be considered incomplete until this information is received.
