I was watching a thing on PBS about the Mormons, and how that they believe that after death, the family unit reunites in heaven. So, my question is...How does that work? Because the dad in one family unit is a son in another family unit. Sorry if the questions silly, I was just wondering... :)

They also think Jesus and Satan are brothers.

Weren't they related some way?

no .

Oh, sorry. I know they have some sort of history together...

I should catch up on my Bible knowledge...

"I should catch up on my Bible knowledge..."

I don't think you'll find that in the Bible. Perhaps the Book of Mormon.

[quote]
Latter-day Saints (Mormons) hold to the belief, confirmed by the teachings of their modern prophets, that Lucifer (Helel in Hebrew) was a particularly brilliant and powerful archangel, a son of Elohim (God the Father) and brother to Yahweh (God the Son, Jehovah or Jesus) and to all of the children of Elohim including all of the souls of humanity.

Found on wikipedia.

I grew up mormon (until about the age of 12), but I can't tell you too much about specifics of the religion.

^^^ I knew I was at least partially right...

Actually the Bible does tell us Lucifer and Jesus were brothers, think about it Lucifer was cast out of heaven for rebelling against God. Before that he was like “the morning light” in heaven, and since Jesus and Lucifer were children of God as we are, they are brothers. Most people don’t really read the Bible, they just listen to what American culture seeps into their brains, and when they do read the Bible it’s through “American Culture” mental lenses. They only see what they want to see. Try consulting a theologian of some sort, they actually take time to think about what is said in the Bible.
