what's the dorm quality overall? in freshmen dorms with a floor bathroom, whats the bathroom quality?

hehe...i was curious about that too. especially the bathrooms.
i asked this during my tour. i was told they are very clean.

You can check a certain website that saxfreq and I have been telling you guys about. I'm in Canaday, and it's not as bad as people make it out to be. We have a floor bathroom (10 people share it - we have two shower stalls), and it's not that bad at all, as it is cleaned every day by Harvard.

The worst Harvard dorm is still head and neck above dorms at many other colleges.

sax is absolutely correct. As both of us have stated, please visit the website! :)

Yeah the dorms pictures on the site look quite luxurious, especially compared to other college dorms.

So two shower stalls for ten people isn't a problem... Is that a usual situation?

Because Harvard was built such a long time ago, it really varies. For example, my friend lives in Holworthy and they share a private bath with the other suite across the hall through a private doorway. 8 people share two shower stalls, in that case. In my friend's dormroom in Straus, where each room has a private bathroom, 4 people share one shower stall. However, Wigglesworth Hall, which also has private bathrooms, they share one stall among three to five people. At Harvard, private bathrooms are cleaned once every two weeks, by the way.

haha why is that on an MIT server?

And these pictures, ahhh....stop making me want to go to Harvard!! :)

They're preeeetty.

I don't know about the MIT server thing. There's nothing else on the site, either, really, that I could find. lol

wait what is this "site" that a couple of you referred to earlier? is that the same thing as the one just posted?

Yeah. (10)
