Question for Former Applicants.....or anyone else...

So I don't know if there are many of you on here...but I'll ask anyways!

So as I'm slaving away on my "Why Emory" essay, I was thinking about something. Do you think it's "better" to write about ONE specific thing in detail or mention many reasons. There are tonsss of reasons why I think Emory is the perfect match for me, and while I could just simply write one-two sentences about each, I could also probably go into depth about one or two.

I'm probably just going to keep it how it is (writing about a few things rather than one in depth) but I was just wondering what you guys thought/did.

write one or two in depth

Although mine is on a few things as well, I spoke with an admissions counselor and she told me writing on 1 or 2 things indepthly would be best. I just didnt change mine because the way I set up my "Why Emory" wouldnt sound right with just 2. But to answer your question, the admission counselors prefer 1 or 2 indepth.

two or three in depth.

about how long should it be?

nevermind. i just found the answer in another thread.
