I worked out for 2 years and got bigger, but still looked small in clothes. I stopped for 6 months. I think I’m gonna work out natural for 8 months, then do a cycle.

Why not. I wonder what it would be like to be huge.

Yeah I just recently started back up, my max is around 50 pounds lighter than it was in high school lol
I’m working my way back up though!

I have to lift and run pretty much everyday for football, but I don’t do any of that stuff. Before, I would do creatine and protein powders and NO2 and basically everything short of steroids. And I weighed 250 pounds, bloated, chubby and completely immobile.

Now I’m just eating lots of chickens and other animals, and just generally eating healthy. Occasionally a Muscle Milk or two. I’m about 225lbs now, but a lot more cut and also much faster and stronger, and also just more attractive a human being in general. I am also in a better mood throughout the day. All that stuff just empties out your wallet and makes you unhealthy and upset all the time, in my opinion.

The best way to lose weight is actually to split your food intake into 5 meals a day. That way your blood sugar level isn’t fluctuating wildly and you body’s metabolism remains high the entire day- you’ll feel more energetic, and you’ll just naturally burn more calories, and you won’t feel tired at certain times of the day.

No to all.

what’s the point of creatine? doesn’t it just retain water in your muscles longer, so after you lift and get that jacked feeling, youre swollen for more time? i always thought it seemed pointless.

-Not since summer or early first semester ![]()

no, it directly contributes to muscle building and retention, as well as boosting your lifts in the gym. there are debates over how effective it is, but I think it’s an awesome, inexpensive supplement and cycle it pretty regularly.

I’m personally not much of a fan, for some people its effects are great.. but the problem is that a lot of the gains from the creatine go away after you stop using it.

^^^ this is true because people lift less when they go off of it. also, it does retain water, so your muscles look smaller - but the gains you made will still be there.

Now I only use it when cutting, to preserve muscle, so the gains aren’t an issue for me.

Creatine is a tough debate, maybe I’ll go buy some :X I’m to the point where i’ll do anything about I can to get back to where I used to be! It is so discouraging constantly working back to what you used to be at.

-workout at least 3x a week? Yes
-count calories? To an extent
-take protein powder? No
-take creatine? Just Cell Tech (just kidding, that stuff’s stronger than steroids. You’ve only got 1 liver.)
-take pro-hormones? No
-take steroids? No

Yes to all except the hormones and roids.

I take 5 g of creatine (creatine is cheap as hell if you buy the plain stuff, not Cell Tech and all those rip off supplements) a day. When I first cycled with it, I was bulking (5000 cals a day), and gained about 7 lbs of water weight in a week. I was lookin huge and my dead, bench, and squat all went up a lot.

I’m cutting now. Sucks.
