Question for pending ucsd students!

<p>What exactly does your message say? What I'm worried about is underneath my normal "welcome to the ucsd app. site" stuff is has this...</p>

<p>"All transfer applicants will receive a communication from the UC Central Processor in mid-January. This will give you details about the Application Update form covering your completed coursework for the Fall term, and your planned/proposed coursework for Winter and/or Spring 2009 terms. This is a required form and the priority deadline to submit it is January 30, 2009. If you submit the Application Update form after February 15, 2009, the information on it may not be reviewed or considered, which can adversely affect your admission decision."</p>

<p>Does everyone's have this? The reason I'm worried is because they've already fudged up my data once(they weren't counting the units from the second ccc I go to, but I caught it before my decision came out so I should be ok!). I guess I'm just being more and more cautious now I guess. Since I was extremely close to being f***ed over once before.</p>

Is it sign of updating admission result?</p>

<p>yeah it's a sign of an updating admission result, however I don't think it's a sign of an update of YOUR specific admission status. I've noticed this a few times before, and then in the day following, people posted about being admitted (but I had no update).</p>

<p>As of this morning, my welcome message has disappeared too. I'm surprised to hear that this may mean they are updating, because I thought the campus was closed for Cesar Chavez Day. Hopefully I'm wrong and we get another batch of admissions!</p>

<p>same here... as of today, no message... and it doesn't list last school attended... only asks to confirm the address and e-mail (should I do that?)... I am freaking OUT!</p>

<p>I think all the people who are still pending have a blank page right now on the UCSD application page. It's happened a few times before. Don't get your hopes up that this means they are getting ready to post your admission decision. I'm not even sure this means they'll post anybody's status.</p>

<p>Just curious- does everyone’s page (who hasn’t been admitted) say “current students” on the upper left tabs? My friend just pointed that out and he swears that it said something along the lines of “prospective students” before he was admitted. </p>

<p>I’m sure he’s wrong…but I sure hope not!</p>
