<p>Are there any essential sources for learning the basics about political science? I've taken the intro courses at my school and hardly learned anything. Is there a bible of political science out there?</p>
<p>I try to do my best and read the paper but I honestly have no time some days. How do you stay up to date with what is going on in the world? Is there some blog or website I don't know about?</p>
<p>I ask because many of the students in my intro class already knew a lot about world issues and political science. The closest thing to a political science class I had in high school was American history. Where do these freshman get their information?</p>
