Hello! I’m not sure where to post this, but I submitted an application for EA1 to Pomona with all my required materials, and still haven’t received any confirmation or a link to their portal. I am applying as a questbridge nonfinalist with my questbridge app, so I don’t know if the process is different than for other students, but I was wondering if anyone else got a link to their portal yet. I’m currently stressed out of my mind over it, haha. Thank you!
I submitted my ED1 application on October 31 at 9:00PM and received information for my portal at around 4AM the next morning via email. Are you completely sure you submitted? If you submitted an arts/science portfolio, did you be sure to submit that as well?
What day did you turn in your application? I’d give them another a day or two…they’re probably flooded with application material. Good luck!
Just for the record, Pomona doesn’t have EA I don’t believe.
My son applied ED around noon on Halloween and received his portal info on the 1st. Hope you’ve received it by now!

I called and asked and they said there weren’t any portal links sent yet, even though I know that’s not right I didn’t want to argue. I’m so stressed out about it.

@BandAndRobots Hmm, I have received my portal link but I think it’s probably because I’m not applying through questbridge? I don’t think you have to worry though! Just double check on common app that you submitted all your required app stuff. Pomona told me that it’s fine if your test scores don’t arrive by November 1st so it’s probably not because of your test scores that you’re receiving a link to the portal late!
My son applied ED1 to Pomona as a QuestBridge non-finalist as well. He chose to submit his QuestBridge application, not the common app, and he hasn’t received a link to a portal yet either. He did receive an email confirmation of receipt of his Pomona Program Selection Form for QuestBridge Applicants, and an email from the financial aid department that they received our tax returns, but no portal link or applicant ID.

@golfcashoahu I’m applying ED1 for fall 2016 and submitted my application at around the same time. I would like to know on what day you received your admission decision?
@legolaspowers: Not sure you meant to actually say “admission decision,” but if you did, the actual decisions weren’t posted last year until 5pm-ish on 12/12.
