Question for the technology experts out there

I have started to watch NFL games online in order to see games that are out of my market (mostly the Texans, Patriots, Packers, and 49ers) and games that are blacked out in my market (the Chargers game was backed out for me last week). I am doing this because I don't believe that the NFL should dictate which games that I can view and I will never pay $300 a year for Sunday Ticket. Some of the streams that I find are awesome and in HD quality. Is there some sort of cable or cord that will allow me to show the stuff that comes up on my laptop screen onto my TV? (if that makes sense).

I have looked into TV tuners, but they seem pretty complicated and expensive. In college, I plan to buy one of those LCD monitor/TV things and it would be helpful if the cable would also work with one of those.

If the TV has a VGB cord, and the laptop has a VGB cord, then do that.

Or S-Video, or Component, or etc.
