<p>He does not have to apply separately for the Presidential scholarship. By completing the resume portion of the scholarship application he will be considered for any scholarship that he qualifies for. If he has the ACT or SAT stats for the Presidential he will receive the scholarship. </p>
<p>There were certain scholarships that you could apply for that were listed below the resume portion on the scholarship application. If he meets the requirements for those scholarships, he can apply for them and submit any additional information that was required for them. (It sounds like that is what he did)</p>
<p>Since he submitted the scholarship application he does not need to do anything else to receive the guaranteed scholarships. ( like the Presidential.)</p>
