Do all wait list admits get a call asking about their grades, either directly or to the guidance counselor?

my guess is many if not all watlisters get that call, not just admits

Did you get that call?

I am an international student and my school uses a different curriculum. Would it be acceptable to send predicted grades?

a) my experiences in this were 8 years ago
b) I certainly did not get a call
c) My college counselor may have got a call and not told me, but he also routinely called schools himself as he was very well connected (for example I pretty much knew that IF they went to the waitlist, I would get an offer) so I don’t know what typically happens for most students.
d) search through my posts on being waitlisted at Brown. I have written in detail about what I did and was told. I would assume that sending in grades would be a good idea (assuming they are equal to/better than what you’ve already given them).
