<p>what is the importance of a high school transcript? some universities don't require it. others mandate it.i am definitely considering the university of texas and in one thread earlier regarding this university it was said that you have to send one.i was under the idea that it was not necessary.</p>

<p>I wouldn't worry too much. I applied to USC with only 38 units of college credit (1 year of community college) with a 3.76 GPA, but my HS transcript was a 2.67! I got in too!</p>
