<p>ok so with the recommendation letters.. if your teachers and councellor are sending it in on paper... do i still need to fill out that online thing.. or no?</p>

<p>I do believe they're still required to fill out the recommendation form. You print out the forms and give them to your teachers to send in along with the letters themselves. Don't forget that there are explicit instructions not to fold the form, so you'll have to use a large envelope.</p>
<p>You should just fill that section out and indicate that your teachers and counselor are sending them offline. It doesn't take too much time to do so.</p>
<p>I remember it said that you should only fill it if your teachers are filling the letters out electronically. But that's just my memory.</p>
