Hi,

I was wondering if there were multiple people from my school applying to the same college for the same major, will that significantly decrease my chances of being accepted to that school? Thanks.

Nope. Colleges don’t have state quotas they just admit who they think fits

Depends. If you are better than them, then no problem. If there are 20 other people better than you applying to that school, then you will have a problem.

If you’re applying to an impacted major, and there’s a TON of people applying to it from your school, then maybe. Otherwise, it shouldn’t.
