Question on EALC, RSEA, MARSEA...

Hello,

I am currently a rising senior at a competetive college in Boston who is majoring in East Asian Studies and History. I am planning to pursue a MA in programs like Harvard's RSEA program or Columbia's MARSEA program. (Or just EALC). (Focused on Korea)

My questions are:
1) If I am going to work on a senior thesis, should I do it under History or East Asian Studies? Will it matter?

2) How difficult is it getting into the mentioned MA programs? Also, I have researched Harvard and Columbia quite a bit, but I haven't done the same amount of work for other institutions like Princeton, UCLA, UC Berkely, and etc. Datas/Stats on institutions in general will be appreciated.

3) Can anyone who is currently in these programs or are familiar with them provide me with some stats? (on gpas, gre scores, etc.)

These are some infos about me:
I'm a Korean international student. I am fluent in English and Korean and I studied Chinese in college.

Education:
GPA: 3.6
Major GPAs: all above 3.7s
Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society

Extra info:
President of KSA (Korean Student Association)

I have also met with various faculty members at Harvard and Columbia. (At least 5 individuals or more.) And I had long conversations with them and have been keeping in touch with them. A professor from Columbia even offered to help me with my research for my senior thesis!
