Question on FA for Cornell Summer Program

<p>Hi, I am just a bit confused about the summer program FA deadline.</p>

<p>This is what the website says:</p>

<p>If you wish to be considered for financial aid, you must submit your financial-aid materials at the same time as your application materials and no later than April 3 (March 11 for RABS and Veterinary Medicine).</p>

<p>When it says Apr.3 does it mean Stamped by the Mail office by Apr.3?</p>

<p>Or does it mean, received by Apr.3??</p>

<p>Also , is there anyone with Cornell summer school experience? Because i would like to ask a few questions..</p>
