<p>I'm in the process of getting my green card(I haven't yet received it). But I applied to UPenn as a permanent resident. I applied for financial aid as an international student. Do you think that I might receive any aid or will they not give me any aid since my regular application and fin aid application's citizenship status are different?</p>
