I’m thinking of applying to a few summer programs for archaeology, but most of them don’t offer full scholarships. The amount of prospective archaeology summer programs is small already, so there is virtually almost no programs that offer full rides themselves. So, is there any outside scholarships that can be used to fund these summer programs? How should I go about procuring funds for these programs? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

You can try to get a job. Or start a go fund me. Or see if you can get relatives to pitch in. But the bottom line is that no one else is likely to foot the bill for you to attend most programs.
If you happen to live in LA, look at this:

One of their locations is an archeological site.
I see, though, that you apparently are still in middle school. Are there any local science museums that have camps you might attend? Many programs are going to be more for high school kids.
Girl Scouts used to offer what they called Wider Opportunity trips for specialized things like this. Not sure if they still do. They aren’t free, but they try to keep the costs down.
You can structure your financial aid to have funds left for the summer. It’s the same amount of money for the entire year, but you might be able to work more during a semester if you are in the US.
