<p>I m a Business Economics transfer student to UCLA, some of my frd told me the classes i took for Major pre, we cant use it as the class to fulfill the IGETC. Is that true? If my Macroecon and Microecon doesnt count, then i will be short of one class from the Social and Behavioral Science section in the IGETC.</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure you can use a class both for major prep and for an IGETC section. You cannot use one class in two IGETC sections.</p>

<p>you can use them for both. you just can’t double dip (use the same class for 2 categories)</p>
