Question On Reading Comprehension

What kinds of reading will improve your comprehension; by this, I mean the reading of fiction books/literature, or the reading of death penalty arguments or moral ethics? Aren't these two readings totally different, and if they are, which is stronger to help you overall?

Fiction and lit are the better choice in my opinion.
But try looking in the SAT prep forum and look at old threads..you might have moreluck there.

Read both newspapers/good magazines and books. I swear, it helps so much.
Preparing with some books also really helps, since you get used to the type of texts and questions.

duy, but did you mean fiction/literature books or those ethical argument types of books? which one improves your RC

The SAT passage topics are alot wider and more general...and I haven't seen a single death penalty/moral ethics passage so far. The safe choice would be fiction or lit. but it doesn't hurt to read newspapers and magazines like Duygu said.

cool. thanks man, that did help.

Yeah that's what I meant :D
