Question on SAT test...

Here's my friend's dilemna. He took the SAT's on saturday. He came in a couple of minutes late after a bathroom break. He thought everyone had started the test so he went to his seat and started working on the section. He didn't hear his proctor because he was in a rush, who asked what he was doing. It turns out they were still writing the cursive section of the test. She took his test and wrote him up. He thought she confiscated it, so he started walking out. She stopped him though and said she wasn't taking his test, just writing the incident up to Collegeboard.

She let him finish the test, but now he's worried the test score might be revoked. Anyone have any idea what, if anything, will happen?

Why didn’t he explain the misunderstanding?? It’s not your friends fault that he started by accident…They usually simply just don’t count the score…usually nothing really horrible happens…USUALLY

He should call the College Board and explain. Their number is (866) 756-7346. If the College Board decides to take action, they will likely just cancel his score and offer him a free repeat. Their policies are detailed here: [SAT Internet Score Delivery](<a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>SAT Terms and Conditions – SAT Suite | College Board).
