Question on the math advisory exam.

On my UCR alerts it says that I have until June 1st to complete this exam , but when i sign up for the exam it allows me to take it in later dates in june such as June 20th. Do i need to take the exam before June 1st or is that just when i need to be registered by?

I took the UC writing test on May 9th, is there any other tests i should be worried about coming up?

@ GA1000

The reason why they ask students to take tests early is because they would rather that you complete those requirements before hand.

However, rest assured, that just because you didnt take those tests on time does not mean you are in jeopardy of any consequences.

Worse comes to worst, if you haven’t taken the test, and you go to your BEAR facts orientation session in the summer, They will let you take it there and then, but you might miss out on some quality time with your orientation group for 1-2 hours.

Sources: I worked as a Bear Facts orientation counselor summer 08

Don’t sweat it, just try to take them in advance if you can.

Mainly the only tests freshmen must worry about are:

-AWPE (which I believe you said you took already) writing exam
-MAE (math advisory exam)

Hope this helps
