Question on TOEFL score in college admissions

I just got my TOEFL score online.
reading 30
listening 29
writing 28
speaking 28

composite: 115 /120

Do I have to retake it? now, I know it's a good score.
but say someone got 85 first time, then got 119, since colleges only see 1 TOEFL score report (the one you pick), will he look better in colleges than I will? Or once you reach a certain point it doesn't matter anymore?

it isn't really that important. As many people say, it's only a pass/fail test.

I didn't even send my toefl score to the colleges that recommended me to do it.

how was the result?

I got 260/300 :D yeah I know, a sucky score!

i mean, did colleges care?

Didn't send one for any of the colleges I applied to. Nobody even mentioned it, and I got accepted into 4 out of 5. As long as your english grades are good and your linguistic skills show through in your essay, don't worry about it.

oh.. no, I don't think so!

far more important is the SAT CR score

I scored a 99 out of 120 in the Toefl iBT test.

As I have read, many good schools have a score requirement of 100 or more.

What should I do? Send It or do it again?

Ask the colleges you plan to apply to how to proceed.

"i mean, did colleges care? "

They dont. I got a 293/300- without even a single practise or how to use the computer- and it did not help me at all in admissions. Zero- just focus on your SAT verbal, thats all they care about. The only difficult part about the TOEFL is staying awake

Gabriel05: I’ve seen many school requirement for top school, it seems that they require 90+.
Berkeley requires 85+, that it’s not too high.
Yale requires 100.
