<p>I would not send it, because it seems like it’s totally waived, and you said you don’t seem to think your performance is representative of your abilities.</p>

International freshman and transfer applicants for whom English is not the first language must submit a TOEFL or IELTS score.”</p>
<p>So send it for that reason. They will not look at it at all and it will not affect your application at all.</p>
<p>Yeah they waived mine as well but I think they used my SAT writing which is weird because I thought Cornell doesn’t look at that. I got a 107 in TOEFL as well speaking was by far my lowest with a 22. Well I didn’t get up to a 670 on CR but I got a 730 in WR and it was waived. I’m not submitting it because that will just be a waste of money. I mean it’s waived right?</p>
