<p>You need teacher recommendation and college report (that you download on common app).</p>
<p>However, albert checklist includes neither of those, so I am wondering if these items are factored in the admission, or they did not simply list it?</p>
<p>You will need the recommendation, I forget about the college report. I assume you need that too. Call admissions ASAP, and a good recommendation can’t hurt you</p>
