So I was revising my application getting ready to submit it and I accidentally put Agricultural Science as a laboratory science even though it’s not. I don’t know where to put this under,Social Science? it’s certainly not available under the category of college prep electives so where do I put it?

I’m guessing it would go under the category of non-“A-G” courses.

And, no, it’s not “social science” - that’s history, economics, etc.

That’s the problem, when I was entering it manually, and I had to choose the subject, “non A-G course electives” was not one of them. Only College prep electives, all the core subjects, languages other than English, and visual/performing arts.

Some California high schools offer college prep Ag Science and it is approved as a G elective; a few high schools even include a lab component, so UC has approved them as category D.

If you are instate, look up your HS under doorways.

If the course is not college prep, you can list it under "Other, non a-g’ courses.
