<p>For the Sat subject test requirements, I have heard that you are required to take the Math 2 subject test along with one other subject test.</p>
<p>However, on the UC website, it seems that you are just required to take any 2 of the subject tests, which presumably means Math 2 may or may not be included as one of them. </p>

<p>The website is correct. You can take 2 tests in different disciplines. You are not required to take Math 2. But if you take a math, it cannot be Math 1 (which UC will not accept), so the only math they will accept is Math 2. </p>
<p>Of course, if applying to Engineering (or College of Chemistry), Math 2 is highly recommended.</p>
<p>Bluebayou is correct. And because this will be relevant soon, please note that starting with the HS class of 2012, the UC system will no longer require subject tests.</p>
