Question---please help

I initially wanted to apply ED to UPenn, however I decided not to. I was about to submit my app, but I saw this

We will first consider your application to the coordinated dual-degree or accelerated program, Digital Media Design major, or Market and Social Systems Engineering major. If we are unable to admit you as an Early Decision candidate to the special program, and you would like to be considered as an Early Decision candidate to the single-degree option you've indicated, please sign below. The offer of admission is binding. Please acknowledge that you have read this and agree to enroll at Penn under the Early Decision Program if admitted to your single-degree choice. If you do not wish to be considered an Early Decision candidate for the single-degree program, please leave the signature line blank

Does this mean that the Common Application still has me as an ED applicant, or does this message appear to all the applicants.

*Note: I am not applying to any dual-degree programs.

It appeared to me also, and I was applying RD and not to any dual-degree programs.

I think that’s just from how the supplement is same for ED and RD, you’ll be considered as an RD I think.
