Trying to assist my son who is trying his best to submit his Prescreen info online for Shenandoah. He has completed application and logged onto prescreen site and uploaded files and then when we click submit nothing happens. Anyone successfully completed this? At this point it has either not gone through or gone through 14 times. Yikes!

@VoiceTeacher I don’t think I have posted enough to have PM privileges yet. I appreciate your offer to help. He seems to be stuck on the screen that is Conservatory Audition File Upload system. He logged in and uploaded files for songs/monologue/dance and all uploaded. When we click submit nothing happens.
@Kristiern1 - I think you only need one more post to be able to PM. You might try posting on one more thread or even here an see if reaching 15 posts allows you to PM so you can communicated more directly.
