Question regarding application to an Honors College

Hi, I’m thinking of applying to the Honors College at University at Buffalo.

If I apply for the Honors college, am I still applying for the “regular” college so if I get rejected for honors, I’m still able to enter the school as a regular student?

that’s correct. It’s possible to be rejected at a Honors College and yet admitted into the non-honors incoming class.
