I heard that in general foreign language teachers don’t usually give out good recs compared to academic teachers that teach english, social studies, math, or science. How true is this???
I seem to be doing the best in Spanish at school, and need your opinions on this because I want to ask my most recent spanish teacher for recommendation, but I’m not sure if I should.
btw…that teacher also is a sponsor of 2 of the clubs I’m involved in, and she knows that I work hard as a leader in those clubs…Habitat for Humanity and Spanish Honor Society.

So I am wondering if a school requires a teacher rec from any teacher who has taught me in a class...would it be ok to ask a foreign language teacher???

bump. I'm curious also.

A no brainer, in my opinion. Go with the teachers who know you best and he/she seems to know you pretty well.

Jeez, took me long enough to finally become a member.
