I was just admitted to UCB college of L&S today, on my conditions of admission, it states that I have to complete [a list of courses] with gpa of 3.0 and no individual letter grade lower than C. However, I have already changed one course on the list (ARTS, a IGETC course) to grade by “Pass/No Pass”. Will it satisfy the condition of admission when I get the “P” grade after this quarter?

Yes. A pass is a C.
