Hey, everyone... I'm planning on transferring to Georgetown this fall as a sophomore Math major in the College. I have question regarding this rule, which can be found using the following link:

Georgetown University Undergraduate Bulletin 2011-2012: Georgetown College

"Out of the normal course load of ten courses in the first year, the student may choose no more than two courses in any one discipline; this regulation holds for sophomore year also. In addition, the student may not take two courses in the same discipline in the same semester during the first two years."

Are there any ways to bypass this rule? The reason I'm asking is because I've already completed most of Georgetown's gen eds through IB credit and taking college classes at my current institution. Therefore, I would like to focus on completing my major by taking three math classes a semester...apparently, this is not allowed. Any advice would be appreciated.
