Question regarding international students

Hi. I have a question: Should international students attending high school in the States complete this part of the supp:

"FOR STUDENTS APPLYING FROM SCHOOLS OUTSIDE THE U.S. AND CANADA (REGARDLESS OF CITIZENSHIP)"

Please help me. Thank you. Oh, and Harvard is definitely my dream:D

Anybody please?

Calm down! What is that part?

I don’t think so. They probably ask this because standards of teaching are different in different countries. If you already attend school in the U.S., you shouldn’t have to respond to this even if you are an international. The “regardless of citizenship” is there for US citizens studying in countries other than the U.S.
U.S. and Canadian education systems are pretty much the same, except Canada’s is harder presumably but on the same par of teaching discipline as here in the States. So the document considers that students of the two countries shouldn’t need to fill the specific form that you are refering to.

Thank you gullible. I think you are right. Better go submit my supp right away…
