<p>Probably, unless Columbia created its own form this year. You can just mail in the Common App form with it just in case…</p>
<p>No, don’t send in the Common App music supplement. The instructions linked with the Columbia supplement say this explicitly. You have to mail your CD directly, labeled with your name, high school, instrument, the names of the pieces you’re playing, and your Columbia ID number (whatever that is… I have to look it up).</p>
