<p>Is it against copyright law to compile a large collection of the daily SAT questions and use them elsewhere for non-commercial purposes? Also, is there a way to legally acquire and use actual CollegeBoard questions for these aforementioned non-commercial purposes? Thanks.</p>

<p>I know its illegal, and quite serious, is actual tests are traded etc; not sure about the questions. Contact CB as the above poster has said.</p>
