Question regarding SPOP and placement tests.

<p>I apologize but i have a lot of questions that I would really appreciate if you all helped me with. I tried searching the UCI website but its not all that helpful :(. I was wondering how many days before our SPOP date should we take placement tests so that we can make sure they have our scores. Also, do the placement tests cost money? Im an eng major and need to take the physics 2C test, but i've never taken the course (only have physics 2B). I need at least an 80% to get into 2C on the placement test... so is it OK if i just not take it so i can go to the more elementary physics class? Is everything prepared for us SPOP where we just have "guides" to lead us around? How long are placement tests, and can i take 2-3 on the same day? </p>

<p>Don't worry about the number of days before the SPOP date for the placement tests because the scores should be up online 2 hours after we take them, except for English and Analytical Writing. And no, I don't think the placement tests cost money, so it should be okay if you take the more elementary physics class. Yes, everything should be prepared for SPOP with the guides to lead us around. Placement tests range from an hour to 2 hours, depending on the subject, and I believe you can take 2-3 on the same day.</p>
