Question regarding summer classes and the UCGPA

<p>are UC transferable college courses taken during the summer between your junior and senior year added to your UCGPA, and do they earn that extra weighted point?</p>

<p>my high school takes the credits earned from summer courses and puts them on the transcript, but doesn’t weight the grades. i’m wondering if the UC’s award an extra point when they look at it.</p>

<p>yes they do, unless you already have hit the UC gpa cap of 8 semesters of weighted classes (AP/IB/Honors/college courses)</p>
