<p>Consider UCI. Not as prestigous as UCLA, but UCI is more flexible with their admits and more generous with fin aid.</p>

<p>I talked to a guy from UCLA and he said that because of the all the budget cuts UCLA wont have Winter (only Fall) admissions anytime soon....</p>
