question: transfer forms from college

<p>Hi all
I have a question you might be able to answer. I need to get a College Official's Report from my university, and the registrar told me that I need to bring them the special Request form and "the Common Applications for universities you want us to send the information to".</p>

<p>What does the last part imply? I haven't finished my CA yet. Do I have to print out 4 Common Applications (1 for each university I'm applying to) from the CA website?</p>

<p>Maybe, but I’m not so sure as well. Try calling them. You would probably get a faster answer.</p>

<p>You need to make 4 copies and fill out the top part of the COR form:</p>
