Question- Where to start?

<p>I know that I have to fill out two forms, FAFSA and the CSS collegeboard profile.</p>

<p>I went to FAFSA site and clicked "Start Here" and filled in my information. It then gave me a "System Error." I was using Internet Explorer. </p>

<p>What did I do wrong? Am I supposed to use get a PIN or something?
Is there any step by step guide?</p>

<p>Yes, you will need to apply for PINs first…one for a parent and one for the student.</p>
