I just submitted my FAFSA to my first ten schools, and am making corrections in order to add the rest of my schools to the list. However, if I make corrections to the information later (i.e. add 2014’s data through the data retrieval tool), will the corrections be sent to all my schools, or just the ten currently on the list of schools? Thanks for the help everybody!!
The corrections will be made to the ten listed on the FAFSA you amend. You will have to do,the same drill…wait for it to be processed, then go in…delete those schools, and add your others, and correct and resubmit.
FAFSA on,y submits to ten schools at a time.

The FAFSA used to do only six. That was changed not all that long ago to ten.
Personally, I wish kids applied to less schools. Mine did 5 and 7 and were just fine…did the vetting of schools before the applications were sent.
Where I live, kids don’t apply to more than ten schools. I think that is a CC phenomenon.

I know, I really should have applied to less. My count is 11 schools, which was a bad calculation on my part; didn’t realize the headache it would cause! I just like too many schools too much! ;
