Do we have Residential Counselors? or a student that monitors and oversees what happens in the dorms? Also, is there any form of curfew?

Bad place to ask this question. class of 2010 means you won't really get answers from current students. ask questions that aren't 2010 specific in the main forum is my advice. anyways:

Yes, you do have Resident Advisors (RAs). They are upperclassmen. There will be a bunch in your building.
You also have an RHD, the "Res. Hall Director." They are adults in a paid position living in a suite in the dorm. Some dorms have FIR: Faculty in Residence. A faculty member and his family live in a suite there.

RAs monitor whats going on loosely--the only rules pertain to safety, courtesy, and legality.

There is no curfew or "girls in your room" rule or anything. There are:
-24 hour courtesy hours: If someone asks you to quiet down, you have to.
-Quiet hours at night when you're "not allowed" to make a lot of noise. Ours are from 11PM-9AM during the week, and like 1AM to 11AM on weekend. However, becuse of the nature of the vast majority of our hall's residents, they have been unofficialy adjusted to approximately 2AM to 1 PM in our hall. Nobody ever gets written up for noise, and everyone is respectful of others' wishes for quiet when they do arise.

Also, your RA experience will vary based on where you live. I live in the townhouses, where courtesy/quiet hours weren't even mentioned until finals week (and were NEVER actually enforced), because we have enough space to be loud dumbasses without screwing up people around us.

Some RAs are strict and write up lots of kids for no good reason; some (like mine) are really cool and will only write people up if they do absolutely retarded things. Usually, as long as you're quiet when you're drinking/doing drugs in your room and keep illegal things reasonably well hidden, you won't get in any trouble.

horrible insinuation lucifer...if, not when... ;)
