Question

Does it matter if I submit my application on the 29th over the 6th for example? Is there any kind of priority?

No, but be aware in the last few days there are a lot of submissions and it causes the servers to go down. I think submitting it a little earlier would be better just in case.

There’s no priority nor is there any sort of correlation between when you submitted your app and when your decision will come. You could submit on Nov 1st and still be in the last batch and on Nov 30th and be in the first batch for a particular UC. That being said you don’t want to leave it too late because the servers do tend to get congested and unexpected things can happen.

For example, last year on Nov 30th there was a massive power outage in southern California that I’m sure prevented a great deal of people from submitting their app last minute. Fortunately, the UCs took that into consideration and extended their deadline by one day to accommodate those people, but there’s never a guarantee that they’ll do that. Worse if you have a personal situation on the last day, you’d pretty much be out of luck.
