A student graduated from an Indian university is eligible for the post graduation degree in foreign countries like UK and USA?</p>

Yes you can do undergrad as well as post-graduate studies from any country be it UK USA CANADA AUSTRALIA NZ SWITZERLAND FRANCE , and the list goes on.
You can also go for doctoral degree or PhD to any country outside India</p>
