<p>does UM send package via FEDEX? or normal mail?;; because it has been 3 weeks already, and still hasnt received the package.. By the way, i am out of states;; not in US.</p>
<p>well u r in the same position as i am....its been about two and a half weeks in my case and still nothing....it takes about a month though....when they are sending u the I-20 then u'll have the option of requesting it by big courier companies...but ofcourse u'll have to pay for that!!</p>
