<p>Hello!</p>

<p>I've been accepted to Notre Dame and it looks like I'll be attending, but I had a question. I was just talking to a relative of mine who went to ND 20 years ago and she was talking about how serious the parietals are. She said that in one instance a boy in her dorm accidentally fell asleep in one of his friends dorm room and they got in trouble and they were both suspended. That sounds really harsh and rather pointless. I'm wondering if the consequences are still as harsh and if I would have problems at ND.</p>

<p>I don't think a first offense would be suspension but it may be a little community service. I don't know, I have never had problems with it, but they are pretty strict about it. If you are smart though, it isn't a problem (take that how you will, lol).</p>
